Ltd. and was instrumental in developing Kerala’s first shopping mall, Focus mall and North Kerala’s biggest retail destination, Hilite mall in Calicut. Currently he is the Chairman of CREDAI, Hon. President of The Malabar Chamber of Commerce, a regular speaker at various retail forums and a member of the Business Advisory Panel for Retail, a Kerala State Govt. Initiative.

Hamid Hussain KP is a practicing chartered accountant with more than nine years of experience in the construction field. He is the promoter of Puresouth Hospitality Pvt Ltd. and has vast experience in the financial advisory, business and audit services.
Noushad KP
Director
Noushad KP was former Director of Hi-LITE Builders Pvt. Ltd. with more than 15 years of experience in real estate sector. He was the Practicing Company Secretary earlier at Calicut and Vice Chairman of Calicut Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also the Managing Director of Puresouth Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
